The Voice Kids fans all have the same complaint about Danny Jones' song choice

THE Voice Kids viewers blame coach Danny Jones for his "terrible song choice" that set the kids up to fail.

Team Danny performed their rendition of the classic Beatles song Blackbird during the final of the ITV show on Wednesday.

However, viewers were not impressed by the vocals or performance and blame McFly singer Danny for choosing a "bad song for them".

Taking to Twitter, one viewer said: "What a terrible song choice, what on earth was Danny thinking. The kids are trying their best with it though."

Another wrote: "I love Danny but F******* HELL Blackbird was an awful song choice!"

A third penned: "Danny set them up to fail with that song poor kids."

The kids on Team Danny were Aishling Mae, Joseph, Alby and Becky.

Before the performance, Danny admitted he "set them a challenge and it was a mess" during rehearsal and added "it will needs a lot of work."

Despite this, the kids promised work on it and trust their coach Danny.

Danny said: "I chose the song because it's pure. It just needs to be taken back so you can hear their voices in the moment.

"My coaching skills have been tested, I hope I can pull it off."
