Strictly Come Dancing's Dan Walker revealed that he has injured his left calf during rehearsals on Thursday's It Takes Two.
The BBC Breakfast star, 44, appeared on the spin-off show with pro partner Nadiya Bychkova where they admitted that they have been unable to do "much dancing" in rehearsals.
Speaking to host Janette Manrara, Dan, who is set to perform an American Smooth on Saturday's show, said: "It’s been going alright, we’ve had a slight issue this week. I had a bit of an injury to my left calf.
"We haven’t been able to do that much dancing this week, have we?"
To which Nadiya added: "No, to be honest, until today, between Monday and Wednesday we had a few hours of eggshell training.
"But, how [Dan] puts himself together, I can see how much pain he’s in but he’s like, 'I’m fighting through, I love this dance and I really want to do it.' Today as we rehearsed for a few hours, he pulled it together!"
Dan went on to share a hilarious moment during rehearsals, he said: "One training secret for you, we did a big lift and I got Nadiya right up in the air and then I slightly dropped her a bit and she headbutted me in the groin!"
To which a shocked Janette joked: "We’re going to leave it on that note!’"
It comes after Dan left pro partner Nadiya and presenter Claudia Winkleman stunned on Saturday's show as he hilariously spoke about his bottom injury.
The BBC Breakfast star admitted that his "right bum cheek" had "suffered" due to the gruelling rehearsals as he went into vivid detail before hilariously being told to stop.
Dan and Nadiya performed a Couple’s Choice to Classic by MKTO where they scored 28 points from the four judges.
Speaking after their routine, Dan said: "I really enjoyed the lifts. I've got to say, a bit of Strictly insight, my right bum cheek has suffered this week with all the lifting.
"I've got about three metres of physio tape on it at the moment and no hair left on there either."
To which his pro partner Nadiya coughed as he quipped: "Too much?" and she confirmed: "Too much!"

With presenter Claudia commenting: "I'd say there was a line and we bounced right over it!"
