Neil Jones has been a part of the Strictly Come Dancing family since 2016.
The 40-year-old first appeared on series 14 of the BBC competition however was not partnered with a celebrity and instead participated in group dances.
After a three year wait, Neil took to the dancefloor with former professional footballer Alex Scott and the pair made it to the Quarter Finals.

Following a partnership with EastEnders actress Nina Wadia, the star was dropped from the 2022 line-up and has sparked concern that he may be ready to hang up his dancing shoes on the BBC show.
His marriage and split with fellow Strictly star Katya Jones has made headlines over the years, and he has now moved on with Love Island's Chyna Mills.
As fans worry it could be the last they see of Neil, Daily Star has looked into his whirlwind life.
Neil was born in Munster, Germany and began dancing at his local ballet school at the age of just three years old.
The star has represented a wave of countries within his competitive career, including Finland, Holland and the UK.
But while he found his passion early on, that didn't stop him from hitting hardships as he revealed he was homeless for a "short period" of time when he was a teenager.
He admitted that the charity DePaul, which supports youth homelessness, helped get him off the streets and find him a safe place to stay.
DePaul was "hit hard" during the coronavirus pandemic and Neil took to his Instagram to encourage his followers to show support to the charity that helped get him off the street.
He penned: "Not many people know but as a teen I found myself at one point sleeping on the streets for a short period but because of a charity like DePaul I was able to find a place to stay.
“DePaul provide emergency and longer-term accommodation and ongoing support with mental and physical health, employment and more," he continued on the Instagram post.
He went on to reveal that he is taking part in DePaul’s #sleepbedless campaign, which encourages people to sleep somewhere other than their bed and then donate £5 to the charity.
Neil married Katya Jones in August 2013 after five years of dating.
Katya, who began her incredible career at the age of six, first met Neil in 2008 when they competed together in Blackpool.
Before landing their Strictly gigs, the duo weren't short of experiencing success, together winning the World Professional Latin Showdance Championships in 2015 and taking home the crown for National Professional Champions a whopping four times.
Their marriage hit headlines in 2018 when Katya infamously kissed her then-partner Seann Walsh and less than one year later, they announced in a join statement they had decided to split.
The statement read: "Hi everyone. As our fans and loyal supporters, you are really important to us and so we wanted to let you know some news. After 11 years we have made the mutual decision to separate.
"We will always love each other, just in a different way as friends. This will never change what a great team we make and we are really proud of everything we have achieved together.
Our shared love of dance means we will keep working and dancing together as well as exploring individual projects. No matter what we do we will always support and respect each other.
"We wish one another every happiness and we will remain the best of friends. We are really looking forward to getting back to the ballroom and can't wait to keep on dancing. Lots of love from us both xx."
Love Island romance
After weeks of speculation, Neil confirmed his romance with Love Island star Chyna Mills after they stepped out holding hands in Paris.
The dancer and his girlfriend, 24, posed several snaps from their romantic trip on their Instagram accounts, leaving fans to wonder if the rumours were true.
The relationship rumours began after they were photographed leaving the Reality TV Awards after party in July, confirming it one month later.
Earlier this month, it was revealed the pair had decided to take their relationship to the next level by moving in together.
According to The Sun, Neil relocated to Leeds to be with his girlfriend where they now live.
An insider told the publication: “Chyna and Neil are inseparable and want to spend as much time together as possible."
“They both have crazy schedules so it can be tough to fit in, so they decided that even if they just get to spend the night together that would be enough," they added.
They haven't been shy of parading their new love online and the pro dancer couldn't help but gush over his girlfriend as she celebrated her birthday.
Alongside a sweet snap, Neil penned: "Happy Birthday @chymills – for the short time I’ve known you I have loved every moment, those LI boys' losses are definitely my gain and I can’t wait for the world to see what you can do.
"I know you are having the greatest day because I organised it, love you."
Prior to finding love with Chyna, Neil dated Miss Romania Sienna Hollen for a few months earlier this year.
Despite reports they were discussing to move in together, Neil's spokesperson confirmed he was single in May.
In 2020, Neil dated underwear model Sophie Lily Kerr, but their romance was short-lived as they split after four months.
A friend of Sophie's spoke to The Sun and claimed the model told her: “It was a real whirlwind. Neil told me he loved me soon after we started dating and asked me to move in with him. He got very upset when I said no.”
In 2020, Neil was linked to Colombian dancer Luisa Eusse.
After their split, the 25-year-old claimed the reason behind it was heavily to do with Neil's past with ex-wife Katya.
She said: "He was messed up by what happened with Katya – and it affected our relationship so much I felt he could never trust me."
The dancer added: "I sensed he was constantly anxious I was seeing other men and women or I may cheat on him. If I went out in the evening, he would wait up all night and then quiz me on where I had been, like he was my dad. It made him impossible to be with."
