Simon Cowell left mortified as Lost Voice Guy pokes fun at his 'plastic surgery' on Britain's Got Talent The Champions

SIMON Cowell is left mortified as Lost Voice Guy pokes fun at his "plastic surgery" in tonight's episode of Britain's Got Talent The Champions.

The 59-year-old star has shocked fans in recent months with his drastically different appearance after shedding the pounds on a new vegan diet.

Lost Voice Guy, real name Lee Ridley, won last year's series of Britain's Got Talent – and the 38-year-old comic can't resist poking fun at the music mogul's changing looks when he returns to the stage.

Speaking to the live studio audience, Lee jokes: "If I don't get into the final I am going to put a brave face on.

"I spoke to Simon's plastic surgeon and he said it'd cost five grand."

The camera cuts to Simon, who has turned bright red and is giggling – clearly embarrassed by the cheeky remark.

Proving to be a good sport, Simon chuckles further at the mention of the £5,000 price tag, quipping: "Yeah, and the rest."

Last month, Simon wowed when he stepped out looking remarkably different after losing over 20lbs.

The star ditched the junk food following a health scare in October 2017, when he fell down the stairs in the middle of the night.

He used to binge on sausage rolls, hamburgers and his favourite jam tarts made by his personal chefs before converting to veganism.

"Within 24 hours I changed my diet and I’ve not looked back since. You feel better, you look better," he said.

"I cut out a lot of the stuff I shouldn’t have been eating and that was primarily meat, dairy, wheat, sugar — those were the four main things."

He has also been accused of recently undergoing excessive Botox – something that the father-of-one has been open about "going too far with" in the past.
