Savannah Chrisley says ‘if it’s not God’s time, you can’t force it’ after calling off wedding to ex-fiancé Nic Kerdiles

SAVANNAH Chrisley says "if it's not God's time, you can't force it" after she called off her wedding to ex-fiancé Nic Kerdiles.

The Chrisley Knows Best star took to her Instagram Stories recently to share a clip of Craig Groeschel, the founder and senior pastor of Life Church, giving an inspiring sermon.

In the clip he said: "If it's not God' time, you can't force it. If it is God's time, you can't stop it.

"I don't know about you but sometimes I get frustrated. I get a little bit anxious."

Over the weekend Savannah also shared a selfie with the caption, "Dear August…PLEASE…let’s not cause any problems."

The social media posts come after the reality TV star called off her scheduled May wedding as she decided to "go back to dating" Nic, 26.

However,Savannah, 22, has not posted about the hockey player in weeks, and the pair have not commented on their relationship status as things seem to be up in the air.

Earlier this month, Savannah spoke to ET about her decision to walk away from her engagement.

She said: "You’re allowed to have those boundaries and you’re allowed to figure it out for yourselves.

"And you don’t have to make someone else comfortable while making yourself uncomfortable.

"That’s kind of the place we’re in. We’re both doing therapy, individually, and just trying to figure out our place and what we truly want out of life.

"And having those hard decisions so we’re not part of this whole divorce culture."

Prior to those comments, Chrisley mentioned on a podcast episode for Chrisley Confessions that she and Nic both decided “things moved way too fast” and they were "taking steps back" in their relationship.

Is Savannah Chrisley Still Engaged to Nic Kerdiles?

The reality TV star called off the wedding to Nic after dating the hockey player for almost two years.

Savannah claimed the two are going to therapy individually to work on their relationship, and that they stayed away from marriage to avoid the "divorce culture.

The two announced their engagement in April 2019, and were expected to tie the knot in May.

On an episode of Chrisley Knows Best, Savannah further explained her decision and said, "Things just moved way too fast."

While Chrisley has explained her decision, some people aren't convinced as one troll actually pointed to the star's pixie hair cut as the main reason it didn't work out between her and Nic.

The troll wrote: "Slowly but surely you're looking like a f**king guy. I mean what the f**k is wrong with cutting off all your hair and then [sic] your wondering why your f**king relationship isn't working out.

"I'm sure he got tired of seeing a woman supposedly having the same f**king haircut as him…"

Savannah shared the brutal comment on her Instagram Stories and responded.

"I'm human. I have feelings too. You never know what I may be going through and how your words may impact me."
