KERRY Katona declared "I never have to prove myself again" after quitting Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins.
The singer, 41, became the first contestant to crack and hand in her armband in last night's show.
But while she didn't complete the course, she told fans that she learnt a valuable life lesson.
Writing on Instagram, she said: "Turned out I wasn’t made for the SAS! @sas_whodareswins 🤦♀️
"will hang my head in shame!🙄 nah even in the little time I was in there which felt like a forever.. I realised I never have to prove myself to anyone ever again! I am me! Take it or leave it!
"I’ve gotten through so much s**t in real life… and I’m actually proud of myself! 💜."
Her co-stars Saira Khan, Ore Odube and Alexandra Burke rallied around her.
Singer Alexandra said: "I’m just so proud of you Kerry. You showed up…. Honest and pure. Love you ❤️."
Last night's episode of the gritty reality show saw the celebs rudely awakened by ex-special forces soldier Ant Middleton.
They were served up a paltry breakfast of porridge and were then immediately flung into tough tasks in the Scottish Hebrides.

The team was punished for not tying their laces correctly and were given 50 push-ups to complete.
The celebs then had to remain in a plank position until the final person had completed their set.
Kerry was shouted at for keeping her legs bent and not completing her push-ups.
Ant told the celebrities they could give up and leave the show if they felt they weren't up to the task.
The singer decided she couldn't go on with the tough contest and walked away, saying her goodbyes to the team on the second day.
She sobbed: "I’ve never looked at myself as a failure. It is what it is, if you didn’t achieve it then work harder."
Later on in the show, 53-year-old broadcaster, Ulrika Jonsson best known for hosting Gladiators and being a team captain on Shooting Stars, was ejected from the contest.
She had suffered from a number of health issues and the team felt that it would not be safe to have her carry on with the show after a medical examination.
