Katie Price shuts down baby range just six months after big launch – without selling ANYTHING

KATIE Price's baby range has been shut down just six months after its big launch was cancelled.

Little Pricey Clothing was a joint venture between Katie and her sister Sophie, however, it never got off the ground and made no sales before being dissolved on March 1.

The business was registered in March last year but after a turbulent period in Katie's personal life, Sophie applied for the business to be struck off from Companies House in December.

The brand's big launch party had been cancelled just two weeks earlier.

Around that time Katie was sent to The Priory for rehabilitation following her drink drive crash in a country lane near her her East Sussex home.

She and Sophie share the same mum, Amy Price, but have different dads, with Katie's birth father Ray leaving the family when the star was just four.

Amy married Paul Price in 1988, giving birth to Sophie, and the siblings also share a rarely-seen older brother Daniel, 46.

Katie's rep told The Sun in November: "Kate still has plans to launch a baby range this year, however Sophie is shortly due to return to work after her maternity leave and her main focus will be Albert and learning to juggle full time work with a new baby. Therefore the account has currently been suspended."

The siblings even appeared on Good Morning Britain to talk about the range.

Katie said at the time: "Although [Sophie] is private, we are doing a business together."

Bankrupt Katie's financial issues have been well documented and she has a pending High Court case after "failing to engage properly" with creditors over her £3.2million debt.

The bankruptcy hearing, moved from December, will review her attempts to pay debts accrued by Jordan Trading Ltd which oversaw her perfume and make-up lines.

Katie’s bankruptcy trustees are said to have been pulling together a dossier of the mum-of-five’s deals ahead of the hearing.
