Katie Price sends warning to Lauren Goodger over new boyfriend Charles Drury and says ‘be careful – he’s out for fame’

CONCERNED Katie Price has sent a warning to Lauren Goodger after The Sun revealed she's dating her ex-boyfriend Charles Drury.

The surprise coupling has shocked Katie, who has questioned "fame hungry" Charles's motives.

A source told us: "Katie's fuming as she is convinced Charles just wants to be famous and that's why he's dating Lauren.

"She's said Lauren should be very very careful about letting him into her life.

"She's actually shocked that Lauren would consider dating him in the first place – they're friends and Lauren was even at her wedding to Kieran."

Katie's rep had no comment when contacted by The Sun Online.

Over the weekend Lauren, 34, shared clips of Charles cuddling her in bed and stretching in front of her bedroom mirror, however, she kept his face covered with a love heart.

But Charles gave the game away on his own Instagram page by sharing a picture of himself in Lauren's bedroom.

And Lauren seems pretty smitten with the builder, telling fans he was "the cutest" for taking care of her when she was sick.

Sharing a picture of mouthwash and toothpaste outside her bathroom, she wrote: "When you're being sick and he knocks on the bathroom door to see if you're ok, gives you your space and then leaves these there for you at the doorstep. You are just the cutest."

Lauren's rep told The Sun: "Lauren and Charles are friends. Charles came to see Lauren as she hasn’t been well over the weekend and brought her supplies."

Lauren has been unlucky in love over the years.

Her most recent romance saw her date jailbird Joey Morrison for two years, which she has since admitted regretting.

The star's longest relationship was the 11 years she spent with Mark Wright, whom she began dating when they were 15.

And she also dated Jake McLean on and off between 2012 and 2016.

While 23-year-old Charles enjoyed a passionate fling with Katie last summer and even moved into her mucky mansion.

But he was left devastated when pictures emerged of Katie leaving her ex Kris Boyson's house as well as partying with Geordie Shore's Scotty T.

"The whole expectation of her being Katie Price – this glamour model – you're thinking it's going to be amazing but then it's an anti-climax.

"I can't say zero, can I? I'd give her a one out of ten. She was a bit lazy, but then suddenly she would surprise you and jump on top."

Just last month Charles released his debut music single in which he made a cheeky dig at Katie's drug use during their relationship.

The track's chorus sees him sing about having sex with an unnamed woman before sending her home in an Uber the next morning.

He shakes a pack of KP nuts and suggestively rubs his nose as he says "yay", hinting at drug use.

The word 'yay' or 'yayo' is slang for cocaine and is commonly used as a nickname for it in California – and was used in 1983 film Scarface by main character Tony Montana.

Just last year Lauren was linked to another of Katie's exes, Kris Boyson, after they were pictured on a night out.

She poured cold water on the rumours and insisted she would never hook up with one of her pal's old boyfriends.

She told The Sun at the time: "There's no way I'd date anyone's sloppy seconds.

"I've known Katie for years, and there is no way I'd break girl code and date one of her exes. They had just broken up, too.

"I was at her wedding to Kieran, I'd never do a thing like that."
