Jeremy Clarkson was in a rather funny mood on Saturday's Who Wants to Be a Millionaire? as he continually mocked a contestant's name while on the show.

Jack Shutt appeared on the quizzing programme with hopes of winning a large sum of money. But Jeremy couldn't help but make reference to the popular phrase jack sh*t while he was in the famous chair.

As Jack struggled to answer one of his questions, the presenter made a humorous remark that left some viewers a home in stiches.

"Well you have Jack Shut to loose," the presenter joked.

Not only this, but Jeremy continually said Jack's full name throughout the show.

Taking to Twitter, viewers aired their thoughts on Jack Shutt and his name.

One fan penned: "I get the feeling Jack Shutt is gonna get a doorbell with a recording of Jeremy Clarkson saying his name."

Referring to Jeremy's Joke one fan said: "You're gonna get complaints at that Jack Shutt gag."

While a third commented: "The thing with names – I always wonder if parents do these things on purpose. I have to agree with @JeremyClarkson, it’s a good name – Jack Shutt!"

To many viewers' surprise, Jack did very well on the programme.

Despite using a life line before he reached £1,000, Jack managed to walk away with an impressive £64,000.

This lead presenter Jeremy to comment on this too.

Jeremy quipped: "Well you didn't leave with Jack Shutt!"
