Express.co.uk has all you need to know about how many episodes are in season seven.

How many episodes are in Married At First Sight Australia season 7?

Married At First Sight Australia forms a staple part of Channel 4’s sister network, E4, in the UK.

The reality series predominantly airs on the Nine Network in Australia, and it seems the panel of relationship experts match couples in an act of commitment.

The show has aired for eight seasons across the pond, with season seven making its UK debut this week.

The seventh outing originally aired in 2020 and it consists of 36 episodes, including the reunion at the end.

With the first episode airing on October 4, fans can expect the season finale to air at the end of November 2021.

The series will be taking over the UK version’s regular slot of 7.30pm and it will air from Mondays to Fridays.

The first episode will be followed by the season finale of the UK version, following a technical issue last week.

E4 issued an apology after a repeat of Wednesday’s episode was aired instead of the reunion episode.

In the first episode of the Australian version, the first two couples are Poppy Jennings and Luke Eglin, and Cathy Evans and Josh Pihlak.

They were married in Bilpin and Wyong Creek respectively and fans will follow the couples on their honeymoons.

In the second episode, the next couples were Natasha Spencer and Mikey Pembroke and Amanda Micallef and Tash Herz.

They were married in Stanwell Tops and Melbourne respectively and will get to know each other over the course of the season.

The third outing introduces Hayley Vernon and David Cannon and Vanessa Romito and Chris Nicholls.

They met in Melbourne and Sydney and fans will be keen to know if they find an initial spark.

In the fifth instalment, two more couples are matched, including Connie Crayden and Jonethen Musulin and Aleks Markovic and Ivan Sarakula.

The pairs met and were married in Melbourne and Sydney, and there will be plenty more drama to come.

In the sixth episode, the last two couples Mishel Meshes and Steve Burley and Stacey Hampton and Michael Goonan met and wed in Melbourne.

Fans will be in for a surprise as in episode 18, two new couples were introduced in a twist.

Season six star Elizabeth Sobinoff will be back to give romance another go with new partner Seb Guilhaus.

Meanwhile, KC Osborne was matched with Drew Brauer, rounding off the lineup of participants.

As the series has already finished airing in Australia, fans will have to be careful if they wish to avoid spoilers.

There is plenty of drama to be expected as one of the couples was booted off the show by one of the relationship experts.

With tensions high amongst many of the couples, will any of them survive until the end of the experiment?

Experts John Aiken, Mel Schilling and Alessandra Rampolla will be on hand to make sure the relationships stay on track.

Married At First Sight Australia starts on E4 on Monday, October 4.
