House of the Dragon star Tom Glynn-Carney has slammed the idea that the new spin-off show is steamier than its predecessor.
The hotly-anticipated new series will be coming out on August 21 and is due to set fans alight with its fiery content.
The show is set 200 years prior to the original Game Of Thrones series and will focus on the Targaryen family.

Speaking exclusively to the Daily Star at the London premiere on Monday (August 15), Tom revealed a little about his character and what fans should expect to see.
Tom, who plays Aegon Targaryen, said: "It's been nerve-racking but I'm just trying to soak it in and enjoy it.
"Aegon brings a danger to Westeros and there is a certain amount of twists and turns which make him somebody to be quite wary of… but I'm shutting up now."
He added: "The original series was so fantastic that we're standing on the shoulders of giants, so we're wanting to bring the same amount of angst and danger to the show as they did.
"It's about humanity and you see the flaw of man and all that sort of stuff, it's exciting."
But does the show have as many steamy scenes as the OG?
Tom answered: "No, I wouldn't say so and I think it's a good thing. There was a lot of backlash last time about how exposed people felt.
"There are bits where it's like, wow, ok, but it's all in the story and it's all necessary and there's nothing superfluous."
Showrunner Miguel Sapochnik also discussed the steaminess of the show on the night.
Miguel said: "We didn't sit down and say, 'how many sex scenes can we fit into it?' That's not how we did it.
"I hope that any scenes that have sex in them are relevant to the story. I could make many jokes right now but I'm not going to, but I will just say the word 23 and be done," he concluded while giving a hint towards a big X-rated scene.
