EOTB ‘signs Love Island’s Anton Danyluk and Drag Race star’ for new series

Ex On The Beach is finally filming the new season after the long delay. It is reported that former Love Islander Anton Danykuk and RuPaul’s Drag Race UK contestant are among the stars taking part.

The reality show has started filming it's 12th season which shows participants attempting to forge romances until gate-crashed by former lovers.

The explosive MTV reality-romance show has signed former Islander Anton, 26, and RuPaul’s Drag Race star A’Whora, otherwise known as George Boyle, 25.

Recently axed The Only Way is Essex star, Ella Rae Wise, 21 is also said to be jetting off to the sunny set in the hopes of finding love while an ex-lover looks on.

According to The Sun, plans for the new series are not going as planned with contestants dropping out, as well as logistical nightmares caused by the Covid pandemic.

A source told The Sun: "One of Anton's exes has already dropped out of filming because she's got a new boyfriend and doesn't want to be away from him, and another Towie star couldn't make filming because of a schedule clash.

"A Netflix star signed up – but also dropped out before filming. Bosses are having to cope with the ever-changing travel rules too – it's a nightmare."

However, a spokesperson for MTV spokesperson said: "MTV does not comment on rumour or speculation."

Traditionally the series includes ‘civilian’ participants but ‘celebrity’ members have also taken part since Geordie Shore star, Vicky Pattison signed on for season one back in 2014.

Participants have flown to sunny locations for each series including, Marbella in Spain, Cancun and Tulum in Mexico, Crete in Greece, Bali in Indonesia, Koh Samui in Thailand, and the Algarve in Portugal to film the show.

Season 11 of the MTV show aired in 2020 included celebrities as the majority of the cast, reality star Calum Best, Towie legend Joey Essex playboy model Lorena Medina and Mob Wives star Marissa Jade all took part.

For the upcoming series it is reported that the first lesbian couple might be on the show with Too Hot To Handle Star Francesca Farago being added to the line up.

MailOnline said: "Fans can expect to see some familiar faces, with sources revealing that Too Hot To Handle's Francesca Farago has 'signed up' for the new series that is set to see Ex On The Beach's first lesbian couple.

“The reality star's rumoured addition to the series comes after Love Island bosses ruled out a version of the much-loved ITV2 dating show featuring gay contestants.”

While Francesca made headlines as she enjoyed a romance with Towie’s Demi Sims she was previously with now ex-boyfriend Harry Jowsey in the second season of Netflix’s Too Hot To Handle.
