EastEnders spoilers: Dotty Cotton makes difficult decision about mum Sandy

DOTTY Cotton will be forced to make a difficult decision about her alcoholic mum Sandy in order to keep her on side.

The student – played by Milly Zero in the BBC soap – has been busy manipulating people a number of people so that she can get hold of their money.

Dotty was left shocked when her mum Sandy arrived in Walford last month.

Sandy was last seen on the Square 11 years ago before she shocked her daughter, who believed she’d died in a car crash, by turning up out of the blue.

Now, Dotty will be forced to make a difficult decision about her alcoholic parent.

The teenager is set to tell Sandy she has used some of her money to pay for a deposit at a rehab centre to help her mum get clean.

But instead of being grateful, Dotty is left disappointed when Sandy is more interested in the money than getting the help she needs.

As things heat up between Sandy and Tiffany, the mother-of-one insists she will no longer live in the house with the two young girls.

While it may appear Vinny has come to the rescue with a flat for Dotty and Sandy owned by the Panesar's – it's not as simple as it may seem.

Sandy tells her student daughter she will only stay on one difficult condition.

But will Dotty be able to carry out her alcoholic mother's wishes – or will she feel too guilty to do what she's asked?

Nonetheless, she thanks Vinny for stepping in when they needed it most and for being a good friend – but it's clear feelings between them could be brewing.

Dotty has been working alongside Rocky to scheme against Sonia Fowler to get hold of Dot Cotton's inheritance money.

Rocky has been pretending to be Sonia Fowler's long lost dad – but in fact he is Dotty's uncle Tom.

Without knowing who he truly is, the nurse (Natalie Cassidy) agreed to invest in her dad's business.

Rocky has developed a relationship with Sonia and the residents of Walford – one that Sandy could easily sabotage by knowing his identity.

And as time goes on, Dotty and Rocky's secret looks closer and closer to being exposed.
