WHITNEY Dean could be about to face even more heartache on EastEnders after discovering she is pregnant with Zack Hudson's baby.
In heartbreaking scenes, viewers saw Zack discover he was HIV positive after being forced to get a check-up after an old pal, with whom he once shared steroid needles, informed him of his diagnosis.
The news left Zack floored and saw him turn against being a supportive father to Whitney's child, whilst keeping his own diagnosis a secret from everybody on the square.
Zack has been left terrified about what the diagnosis will mean for him as well as other people around him that it could potentially impact.
Whitney and her unborn child are at risk of having caught the virus from him as well as his ex-girlfriend Nancy, his fling with Sam Mitchell and a number of other women he has enjoyed one night stands with as of late.
Fans have been left furious that Whitney is about to face even more turmoil and have hit out at show bosses for continually picking on the unlucky character.

With it lurking over him, resident EastEnders superfan Darnell Shakespeare has urged him to take responsibility and tell Whitney about the condition.
Darnell, known for being EastEnders' biggest fan on TikTok, issued a plea to Zack and insisted Whitney would be understanding.
The superfan said: “Go and tell Whitney! Go and tell her what’s happened,” he told the camera. "She will understand. She’s a f**king good-hearted woman. But we need to know Zack if you’ve transmitted this onto the baby or Whitney. I mean poor Whitney. What on Earth will life be like?”
Other fans were left responding to Darnell in agreement over the situation.
