Denise Van Outen isn’t letting lockdown 2.0 dampen her spirits, as she hosted a lockdown disco party for her Dancing on Ice professional skating partner Matt Evers.

Denise, who revealed Matt is living with her for the duration of the ITV competition, updated her Instagram followers with fun videos from their kitchen rave, showing the pair dancing alongside her boyfriend, Eddie Boxshall.

The bubbly 46 year old enjoyed some cocktails, before Eddie took to the DJ decks to entertain the duo during a break from skating rehearsals.

Denise also showed off some of her own moves when she took to the dance floor, later joking: “won’t be doing this on the ice @themattevers”.

Previously opening up about asking Matt to come and live in her spare room in the home she shares with Eddie and daughter Betsy, Denise said it made perfect sense as they are already good friends.

The mum-of-one told OK! magazine: "I adore Matt. I'm so happy. Before I knew who my partner was, I'd already said that if it comes to it, whoever I get partnered with could lockdown with me and stay in our spare room. I'm very happy."

This comes after Denise was spotted looking gorgeous in a leopard print coat as she enjoyed a stroll with Matt.

The actress was photographed with a massive smile plastered across her face as she went on a stroll in Chelmsford Essex with the 44 year old professional skater.

The TV presenter looked stunning as she wore a black top and matching black leggings with sheer detailing underneath an incredible leopard print coat with a black fur collar.

The star teamed the look with a pair of black glossy boots and accessorised with several rings as she carried a white face mask, ensuring she is protected from the ongoing coronavirus pandemic. She also carried a cup of coffee and a brown paper bag.

The beauty, who reportedly landed a £40,000 deal to appear on the show, styled her platinum blonde locks down into natural waves and kept the make up to a minimum as she sported a light layer of foundation and mascara for the outing.

Denise’s skating partner Matt looked casual next to the former Big Breakfast presenter as he wore a simple grey jumper underneath a black jacket from The North Face and a pair of black trousers.

He teamed the look with some black mesh Nike trainers alongside a beanie that had the words ‘Be Kind’ emblazoned on it.

Matt donned a green skull patterned mask around one ear, allowing it to hand loose on the side of his face and carried a cup of coffee on one hand and his phone in the other.

Speaking about the challenges of Dancing on Ice, Denise recently said: “I’ve got to work on my balance. I’m one of those people who has a penguin [skating aid] to keep me upright when I go ice-skating.”

“But I can’t be in front of Torvill and Dean on a penguin! Honestly, it’s so much harder than dancing.”
