Corrie Geoff exposed, EastEnders & Hollyoaks return and 7 more soap spoilers

It’s the week that soap fans have all been waiting for, as both EastEnders and Hollyoaks return to screens — and they do so in an explosive fashion!

It’s all kicking off in EastEnders, in a return week that’s not to be missed — and one that will no doubt go down in history!

The residents of Albert Square adjust to a world post-lockdown, and there are secrets and revelations aplenty, as Dotty Cotton (Milly Zero) finally tells Sharon Watts (Letitia Dean) the truth about Dennis Rickman’s (Bleu Landau) demise.

Meanwhile, Ben Mitchell (Max Bowden) prepares for his implant switch on, and Mick and Linda Carter (Danny Dyer and Kellie Bright) attempt to start their new chapter outside the Queen Vic.

Hollyoaks makes a thunderous return to screens also, as Mitchell Deveraux (Imran Adams) and Scott Drinkwell’s (Ross Adams) wedding resumes — but a huge crime is committed, and its seemingly one which promises to change everything.

If that wasn’t enough to fill you full of joy, them you’ll be pleased to know that its an equally exciting week in Coronation Street, as Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dynevor) attempts to expose Geoff (Ian Bartholomew) — and the police later arrive to have a word.

And finally, Andrea Tate (Anna Nightingale) makes a huge return in Emmerdale, but what will she have to say about Jamie’s (Alexander Lincoln) relationship with Belle Dingle (Eden Taylor-Draper)?

Dotty drops a bombshell in EastEnders

Ian and Dotty came to an arrangement amid the hiatus, and the Queen Vic landlord changed his statement in return for Dotty’s silence about Denny. Dotty is unable to keep shtum following another run-in with Ian, and therefore storms into The Vic and tells Sharon that Ian is the reason Dennis is dead.

Geoff exposed at last in Coronation Street?

Sally pretends she wants to get a book for Yasmeen so she can get the keys from Faye, and once inside, she acquires Geoff’s laptop , and puts it in her bag.Later, she Tim him that she’s taken Geoff’s laptop and wants to try and view the CCTV footage. Faye offers assistance, and they try to download the deleted camera app and CCTV footage.

Dawn reveals the truth in Emmerdale

With Harriet at a religious retreat, Will collects a gun from an old friend. Dawn is fuming, but he’s unable to settle his mind, as he believes Malone is out to get them. Dawn’s unable to keep shtum any longer, and reveals the truth —confirming that she shot and killed Malone.

One to watch: Wednesday September 9 at 7pm on ITV.

A shock crime takes place in Hollyoaks

Scott, Walter, Felix, Martine and Diane are all interrogated by the police, as they recall their version of events regarding the fateful wedding day, which transpired months earlier.

One to watch: Monday September 7 at 6:30pm on Channel 4.

Callum makes a devastating discovery in EastEnders

The day of Ben’s implant switch on arrives, and Callum is determined to be there — no matter how busy work is. However, Callum is tasked with analysing through CCTV footage from a warehouse job, and he is stunned when he recognises the figure in the shadows. Yep, it’s Ben.

One to watch: Monday September 7 at 8:05pm on BBC One.

Andrea returns in Emmerdale

Jamie reveals that he wants to push ahead with his divorce — something which leaves Belle concerned. She’s worried that such a decision will only lead to more heartache and conflict, but Jamie’s determined to be with her nonetheless. However, Andrea arrives home.

One to watch: Friday September 11 at 7pm on ITV.

Shona’s actions have consequences in Coronation Street

Shona spends the day with David in the salon, and ends up causing plenty of issues with customers! However, David keeps quiet, and as they enjoy the day, he leaves Shona in with Lily while he goes to buy ice lollies. However, things take a dangerous turn.

Walter causes trouble on Mitchell’s wedding day in Hollyoaks

On the day of the wedding — which viewers will see via flashbacks — Walter refuses to accept that his grandson is marrying a man, and he later locks horns with Scott.

Chantelle plans her escape in EastEnders

Chantelle decides enough is enough, and therefore seeks out the best divorce lawyer she can find. However, her hopes are dashed when she realises how expensive its going to be, but after paying a visit to Kheerat, he offers to help out.

One to watch: Tuesday September 8 at 7:35pm on BBC One.

Nick sees an old flame in Coronation Street

Natasha — Nick’s ex — spots him in the hospital. When he reveals he’s there for little Oliver, she reveals she’s there for a dermatology appointment.
