Coronation Street viewers were left scratching their heads during Wednesday night's dramatic 60th anniversary episode.
Evil Geoff Metcalfe managed to find a way to talk to his estranged wife Yasmeen to tell her she needed to get her belongings from their home otherwise he'd throw them in the skip.
Concerned that her pride possessions such as photographs of her family would be destroyed by Geoff, Yasmeen tried to get hold of granddaughter Alya Nazir so they could collect her belongings from the proerty.
However, Alya's phone went to answerphone and Yasmeen decided to go to Geoff's home alone.
Viewers at home were baffled why a vulnerable Yasmeen would go alone to the place she was tortured by her manipulative husband for months.
Taking to Twitter, one fan penned: "No way Alya would’ve let Yasmeen spend her first day out alone & no way she’d let her go in the house on her own!"
Another added: "Shame Corrie have slightly spoilt the story of Yasmeen by having Alya leaving her alone and then going to the house on her own when Tim and Sally are just next door."
A third person posted: "Yasmeen surely can't be in that house all alone. I'd be taking the whole of Manchester police force."
While a fourth wrote: "Why in Gods name did she go alone?"
"Alya should have never left her alone with him outside," a fifth fan said.
"How bloody stupid is Yasmeen to go there alone," a sixth viewer moaned.
Corrie fans were relieved on Monday when Yasmeen was found not guilty of the attempted murder of abusive husband Geoff.
Yasmeen had defended herself after suffering under a torrent of abuse from Geoff over several years and, after backed into a corner as he waved a knife, stabbed him with the shards of a wine bottle.
Yasmeen's visit to her former home ended in a horror showdown with Geoff who ended up setting the property on fire.
Geoff attacked Alya in Speed Daal before he made his way to win back Yasmeen.
Things didn't quite go to plan for when Yasmeen rejected his proposal.
