CANDICE Brown's estranged husband is searching for love on Bumble – proving he can have his cake and eat it too.
Five weeks ago he was on a romantic holiday with mum-of-one Micah Taffurelli following his marriage split with the Great British Bake Off champion.
Now newly single Liam Macaulay is swiping right on the online dating app where women hold the power.
The tree-surgeon, 33, told potential lovers he's "looking for a relationship and wants children someday".
He describes himself as a "great plus one" because he's "Scottish, 6ft 2ins and has a pug called Dennis."
Liam adds it is "non-negotiable" that his future love interest likes dogs.
He shares pugs Dennis and Albus, as well as Pomeranian Sybil with the Great British Bake Off star.
Candice, 35, shared a video of her cuddled up in bed with disabled pup Albus back in March before her split from Liam.
Their relationship came to an end just two years into their marriage.
Liam moved out of the flat they shared above her pub, The Green Man in Bedfordshire.
Candice confirmed the break-up in July, days before Liam was pictured in Mykonos with his female friend Micah Taffurelli.
He later denied being in another relationship.
Breaking his silence on the split, Liam said him and Candice came under strain just days after they got engaged when she was pictured in an intimate embrace with Bake Off judge Paul Hollywood, 54.
The GBBO winner revealed their marriage was over two days after Micah was pictured cuddling up with Liam, 33, on holiday in Mykonos.
But Micah denies playing any role in the break-up.
Micah, 28, said: “Liam and Candice broke up at the start of the year and I met him on a dating website in April. Liam and Candice had been over for a long time before we got together.
“But the way she announced the split made me look like a homewrecker because Liam and I were on holiday.
"I was mortified to see I’d been caught up in it when it was genuinely nothing to do with me.”
Liam, who has worked as a tree surgeon, previously admitted Candice’s relationship with Paul put a strain on them.
Candice, who won the then-BBC show in 2016, was pictured kissing Paul on the cheek days after getting engaged to Liam.
He later said: “I’d not long asked Candice to marry me and I had to read reports my new fiancée was seen kissing Hollywood. It was a lot to have to deal with.”
Micah ended her relationship with Liam after the holiday. She said he was not keen on his marriage being in the public eye.
Micah, an account manager from Bedfordshire, said: “When Liam and I started dating he told me he was married to someone famous and said it was Candice from Bake Off.
“Liam said he was in the process of divorcing her and their marriage had ended at the beginning of the year and he was slowly coming to terms with it.
“He made it clear he preferred a quiet life and wasn’t a fan of being in the spotlight. He was just a normal bloke and seemed really nice.
“Liam never mentioned Paul Hollywood. He just said his and Candice’s marriage was over and he wanted to move on. We didn’t really talk about the reasons.
“We booked a holiday together after we’d been dating for a couple of months.
"It was bad timing their marriage split was made public when we were away.”
