Amanda Holden to perform on Britain’s Got Talent as debut album sells out

Amanda Holden will perform on Saturday’s Britain’s Got Talent semi-final as first-look images show the judge dressed all in white as she takes the stage.

Currently the head judge of the panel while Simon Cowell recovers from his recent back injury, Amanda will be swapping her seat for a turn on the stage instead.

It comes after she revealed that her debut album, Songs From My Heart, sold out on Amazon the day it was released.

Amanda, 49, took to Instagram to tell her followers: ‘Hello! I just wanted to share the news that Amazon have run out of stock of both my signed and unsigned CD, which is brilliant but also gutting.

‘Because of Covid and a couple of other things, we are having difficulty getting it restocked. We have it, ready to go we are waiting to sort it all out so apologies to any of you who are going to end up waiting for it.

‘There are amazing other places you can buy it. If you’re doing your food shop this weekend you can go to Tesco, ASDA and Sainsbury’s. Obviously you can download it on iTunes as well and HMV online has it to buy as well as my store So all is not lost.

‘I am overwhelmed and extremely grateful to all of you who have bought it so far, it is overwhelming.’

She later added a screenshot showing it was number one bestseller on Amazon, adding: ‘Thank you to everyone who has made my album SONGS FROM MY HEART the current number 1 on Amazon so far.

‘I know there are issues with stock but we are doing everything we can to rectify this situation. Thank you for your continued support .. link in my bio for other places where you can buy it.’

Disappointing issues with AMAZON …

Amanda, whose racy dress caused controversy on last week’s show after viewers claimed it showed her nipples, will be wearing a floor-length, long-sleeved white gown for her performance on Saturday.

She told MailOnline: ‘I’m wearing a dress that goes down to the end of my arms and up to the top of my neck!’

Amanda added that she wants the attention to be on her performance and ‘not on my breasts! Although you very clearly see them as obviously it’s a tight-fitting dress!’

Britain’s Got Talent airs on Saturday at 8pm on ITV.
