Vile trolls told Rhian Sugden ‘she didn’t deserve babies’ because of Page 3 job

Rhian Sugden wept as she revealed twisted trolls had told her she “didn’t deserve to have babies” because she used to be a Page 3 girl.

The 33-year-old glamour model has started her second round of IVF treatment in a bid to have a child with ex-Coronation Street actor husband Oliver Mellor, 38.

But trolls attacked her after she wrote a blog about her experiences to help other wannabe mums.

In an Instagram video Rhian broke down in tears as she spoke of the “disgusting” comments.

She said: “Going through IVF is hard enough. I shouldn’t have to read s***y comments saying that my potential baby is gonna hate me.

“People are saying I don’t deserve to have babies because I was a Page 3 model and saying it’s karma from things that have happened.

“I’m happy to get trolled over how I look or things I might say but this is a whole new level of cruelty, it really affects me.”

As the tears flowed she went on: “I’m getting messages saying, “don’t bother having kids”.

The video triggered a flood of support from fans, who hailed her bravery for speaking out.

One wrote: “Well done for being brave and sharing your experience on this topic, it will make a difference to people. Good luck with everything.”

Earlier this year, Rhian revealed she was planning to start IVF after being told she has an egg count of a woman aged over 45.

She said she was “heartbroken” after being told she “may never be a mum” as her odds of conceiving by IVF are just 2%.

The Celebrity Big Brother star has admitted she had a sexting fling with married TV presenter Vernon Kay in 2010.

Vernon, 45, patched things up with his Strictly host wife Tess Daly, 50.
