Megan Fox in pregnancy riddle as Machine Gun Kelly mentions their ‘unborn child’

Singer Machine Gun Kelly shocked fans as he referred to Megan Fox as his "wife" and referenced their "unborn child".

His unexpected announcements came during his performance of his song Twin Flame, alluding to the idea that the pair may have secretly wed and were either expecting a baby, or had suffered a tragic miscarriage.

The blood-drinking couple caught the attention of the crowd on the Billboard Music Awards on Sunday (May 15).

"I wrote this song for my wife," MGK exclaimed and started his performance.

However, mid way through is when he truly shocked the crowd when he said: "This is for our unborn child."

The heartfelt song that MGK performed, Twin Flame, includes some emotive lyrics that fans were trying to decipher.

The ending of the song slows down like a lullaby, with the lyrics "go to sleep, I'll see you in my dreams".

Actress Megan Fox was in tears as the camera zoomed in on her after the performance.

This has left audiences wondering if Machine Gun Kelly is referring to a potential pregnancy or a miscarriage.

Megan Fox and Machine Gun Kelly have been very much in the public eye ever since their relationship started in 2020, and have caught the public by surprise with some of the activities they like to do together, such as drinking each other's blood.

The couple has also been very open with their sexual ventures with each other, with Megan being GLAMOUR's cover star in April, and openly admitting she enjoys her BDSM relationship.

She said when she spoke to GLAMOUR: "What if I am in a BDSM relationship? And I’m like, yes – is that OK with you? Because that’s what I want.

"So, I shouldn’t be outcast from the feminist community, because that is something that I prefer for myself."
