Zara McDermott has confessed she treated herself to a boob job just before the Christmas period.
The 24-year-old, who worked in politics before she ditched her career to become an influencer following her Love Island fame, recalled her surgery while speaking to her 1.5million followers on her official Instagram Story.
Sam Thompson's girlfriend, who also stars on Made In Chelsea, admitted she was nervous to confess to having the work done, but she bravely didn't hold back.
She insisted that she only got the operation done 12 weeks ago and therefore was "waiting until I was happy and confident with the results" to share with her impressionable fan base.
During a Q&A, she opened up after one fan asked her if she has had a boob job and accused her of not being honest.
Zara responded: "Crazy how people wanna assume the worst.
"I categorically have never once said 'I haven't had my boobs done' to anyone on social media since my surgery.
"I have only had them done for 12 weeks. I was always planning on talking about it! Just when I was fully healed and feeling happy and confident with the result."
Zara revealed she had them made "fuller and more symmetrical" and a little bit of nip and tuck.
She said: "I wanted to add some fullness to the upper part mainly, so yes in a way, but more so I just wanted them to be balanced and symmetrical!"
After she made the confession, one follower asked how painful the operation was, asking her to rank the recovery out of 10.
Zara rated her left boob reduction a significant 7.5 out of 10, while her right scored a six on her own scale.
Following the surgery, the star said she suffered "severe itching", and while they have recovered well, they are "still a bit fragile".
It comes as Zara is back with her beau Sam after they split for a few months.
And they are already back to messing around with one another as Zara opened up during a different Q&A about their sex life.
She was left bamboozled by the question: "You and Sam do Harry Potter role-play?"
Not really understanding the question properly, the former Love Islander chirped back: "Oh shove off Malfoy," tagging her reality star beau.
After taking time to digest what was actually being asked and noticing that it could have been sexual, the X Factor: Celebrity songstress rectified her initial response.
Zara clapped back: "I've also re-read this question. And I'm not sure if you meant it in a sexual way… and if you did… the answer is absolutely not," follower by a string of crying with laughter emojis.
