Amanda Holden has confessed she is "heartbroken" over her broken leg as she shared the first pic of it in a cast.
The 48-year-old Britain's Got Talent judge took to her official Instagram account to share the snap with her 1.2million followers.
Laying back on an outdoor bed in a garden, Amanda looked worse for wear as she glared at the camera and posed with her thumb pointing down.
With crutches by her side, she revealed her was encased in a cast from her toes to just below her knee.
Hiding her face with a large pair of sunglasses, the beauty donned a comfy loose white frock.
Sharing her pain, Amanda captioned the pic: "Heartbreak fast," followed by the broken heart emoji.
Her fans clearly shared her heartbreak as they rushed to the comments section to wish her well.
One wrote: "Get well soon my crush."
Another said: "Ouch, wishing you better!"
A third commented: "Hope you get better soon."
One more added: "Omg, get well fast!"
Amanda snapped her fibula bone in two places after she tripped while attempting a Total Wipeout-style assault course during her half-term break.
The mum-of-two was rescued by music producer husband Chris Hughes and was immediately taken to a nearby hospital.
She required emergency surgery to have a metal plate fitted in her leg.
A source told The Sun: "Amanda was enjoying some well-earned family time and was throwing herself into playing with her daughters at the seaside.
"She lost her footing while climbing on an inflatable assault course with her daughter and fell into the sea."
