Adele ‘wants to flaunt new body in a bikini’ after 7st weight loss

Adele wants to show off her new body in a bikini after her dramatic weight loss, according to reports.

The 32-year-old singer has reportedly lost seven stone after following a rigorous workout and diet regime.

According to a source she is determined to show off her new gym-honed frame to the world.

The source told Heat: "Adele's proud of her new physique, she obviously doesn't want to become known as someone who is just posting sexy selfies all the time.

"However, she's been desperate to show herself off to give her a confidence boost.

"She wants to wait for the dust to settle before she posts any more pics," the insider continued.

"But she's keen to go somewhere she can wear a bikini. She's worked so hard to look this good and isn't afraid to show it off."

The Hello songstress looked amazing as she shared a snap on Instagram of her svelte frame in a Jamaican bikini last month.

The 32-year-old star shared the photo to celebrate Notting Hill Carnival.

  • Adele shares how self-help book has stopped her from being 'stressed and confused'

Daily Star Online has contacted Adele's representatives for comment.

Her weight loss journey is said to have begun shortly after her split from ex-husband Simon Konecki last year, with whom she shares son Angelo.

Adele first debuted her trim new look last year, after going on The Sirtfood Diet.

This encourages slimmers to eat plant foods such as kale and buckwheat.

She is also thought to have taken up reformer pilates with pal and Robbie Williams' wife Ayda Field.

Adele is also said to be a fan of Joe Wicks' hight-intensity workout videos.

The star has overhauled her look since splitting from husband of eight years Simon Konecki back in April 2019.

  • Reason Adele lost weight as former trainer says it wasn't about being 'skinny'

The former couple share seven-year-old son Angelo.

Adele's former personal trainer Pete Geracimo has claimed that the star's healthy regime "was never about getting super skinny".

Instead, he said it was for her son Angelo's benefit.

In the Instagram post, he penned: "When Adele and I started our journey together, it was never about getting super skinny. It was about getting her healthy. Especially post pregnancy and post surgery.

"When 25 dropped and the tour was announced, we had to get ready for a 13 month gruelling schedule."
