TOWIE’s Bobby Norris reveals he’s going to train as a personal trainer after his body transformation

Bobby Norris wowed everyone with his amazing body transformation which he unveiled last month.

The Only Way Is Essex star confessed he "now wants to be a PT" while chatting to the Loose Women panelists about what spurred him on to make a change and the effects it's had on his mental health.

The 34-year-old decided it was "now or never" during lockdown and added: "For work to end and to feel like you're getting up and having no purpose was a struggle for me.

"I'm not too good with having time on my hands. I like to work, I like to be busy.

"Fitness has never been a part of my life but I wanted it to be. I made a conscious decision it was now or never. I had time on my hands there was no excuses."

Ditching the energy drinks and booze, Bobby also revealed that it wasn't just the benefits to his personal appearance, it also helped his mental health.

He said: "I didn't drink. I watched what I ate and just trained. Honestly I've never ever felt better. What it's done for my mind and my mental health I cannot begin to explain.

There's no going back for the star, who also quit his 20-a-day smoking habit once he started training, he added: "I just want to go from strength to strength.

"I feel so inspired, I wish I'd done it years ago, if I can do it anyone can. I literally now want to train to be a PT."

He also revealed that food prepping has become a way of life with him opting to be in the kitchen cooking "for hours" so that he's got meals for when he's on the go.

He told the panel: "Nutrition is such an important part, thankfully I went back to work a few weeks and it's all about food prepping.

"I'll spend a few hours in the kitchen so I've got things to grab an go. Food is my fuel for training and again. I've been able to maintain the diet side of things with food prepping"
