TOWIE chaos as ‘bosses don’t want to lose Chloe Brockett’ but ‘have a duty of care’

The Only Way Is Essex is never short of drama, but the reality show has been thrown into chaos after a string of rows erupted off air.

Last week, cast member Chloe Brockett was involved in an incident in which she allegedly attempted to throw an ice bucket at her co-star Ella Rae Wise, only to miss and hit someone else.

A video shows a woman with a head wound being held back by TOWIE stars Roman Hackett and Rem Larue. According to an eyewitness, the altercation happened during a boozy night out at the W London Hotel after an argument “turned nasty”.

They added that Chloe, 21, who joined the show in 2019, was seen being held down on the floor by security.

A source told us that the shocking incident, which is said to have been reported to the police, is a “worst nightmare” for producers.

They added: “Chloe brings so much to the show, so they don’t want to lose her, but they have a duty of care to the cast and have to think about the show.”

It comes just weeks after James Lock reportedly had a hotel bust-up with Megan Barton-Hanson.

Following a tempestuous romance, it’s thought Lockie, 35, “kicked” her hotel room door during an incident last month, with the former Love Island finalist, 28, allegedly alerting staff who then dialled 999.

Our source continued: “James allegedly kicked down a hotel room door, and then the following week Chloe is reportedly being questioned by the police, so TOWIE are having to do an internal investigation.”

The ITVBe show is returning for its 30th series after filming was disrupted due to the pandemic.

“The next series will be coming back this summer regardless and will kick off with their first abroad trip in years,” our source said.

“Despite the off-screen drama, the cast are excited to get back to filming.”

And we’re told that former cast members Courtney Green and Chloe Meadows, who were axed from the show last year in a shake-up, will be making a return.

“They can’t wait,” added our source.
