Taking time off from presenting ITV’s This Morning, the pair fooled around during a sun-soaked break at an unknown location. Mother-of-three Holly, 38, and Phillip, 57, posed for a smiling selfie, which they shared on Instagram. In an accompanying video, Holly’s husband, Dan Baldwin, plays a prank on Phillip by suddenly squirting shaving foam on his face, making Holly squeal with horror and Schofield yell “****!”.
Holly then shouts at Dan: “That went in my mouth, I actually ate that. What is that?”
Earlier this year Holly and Phillip’s relationship faced “behind-the-scenes tension” after a “bizarre bust-up” over a Sunday Times Magazine cover shoot in which the pair were pictured cheek to cheek.
Phillip was reportedly “livid” when the photo later showed Holly wearing a cartoon crown and “the mag was forced to write a letter of apology to his management”, it was claimed.
A source said at the time: “To say there has been a bit of tension is an understatement.”
