Stacey Solomon has announced the gender of her her latest “little pickle.”
The Loose Women panellist announced she was expecting her fifth child – and third with Joe Swash – on December 29 in a surprise announcement on her Instagram page, leaving fans overjoyed.
And now she has announced the latest addition to her adorable brood is a little girl.
Revealing the news in a sweet post, Stacey wrote: "When Rose Found Out She’s Going To Have A… Sister.
"So excited to share with you that we are going to be saying hello to another darling daughter soon. Sisters The boys are so excited. And the thought of Rose having a little sister as well as all of her amazing big brothers has filled Our hearts .
"I have the most incredible sisters in the world. They are my everything. I’m so excited for the boys, Rose and our newest little girl…"
The pregnant star added the quote "A sister is a gift to the heart, a friend to the spirit, a golden thread to the meaning of life" by Isadora James.
The little girl will be a sister/brother to Rose, one, and Rex, three, who Stacey shares with husband Joe and Leighton, 10, and Zachary, 14, who she shares with ex-partner Aaron Barham.
Stacey shocked fans when she announced she was pregnant with her third child – and that she was already pregnant on her wedding day back in July.
Following her initial announcement on December 29, Stacey posted a number of sweet snaps of her blossoming baby bump where she revealed she will be welcoming the little one in January.
She wrote: “Coming soon… Much sooner than we thought.
“When we found out we still wanted to have that first few months you usually would to adjust and get excited and enjoy it to ourselves, but that didn’t leave us with very long left.”
She added: “So this time next month we will be getting ready to say hello to whole new pickle. So grateful.”
She then jokingly added to the comments: “For those saying you knew when we got married, well you could have let us know Poirot!”
Stacey’s revealed the surprise news in an adorable video, showing the moment she found out and told Joe, who can be heard exclaiming: “this is the best news bubba!”
She wrote: “So grateful & can not believe I’m saying this… Another little pickle is on the way… A HUGE surprise, but one that we are so thankful for.”
And celebrity friends and fans alike flooded the comment section with their congratulations, including best friend Mrs Hinch, who wrote: “THIS. I just cannot wait my darling. Another beautiful pickle – love you all to pieces.”
Molly Mae, who is expecting her first child, added: “Oh how amazing. Congratulations guys”
While Vicky Pattison wrote: “I’m sobbing! Congratulations guys.”
