Rochelle Humes has been described as "smoking hot" by fans after she shared a stunning gym selfie where she could be seen flaunting her washboard abs.
The 33 year old posted the selfie to Instagram on Saturday alongside various snaps of delicious-looking meals, her son Blake and even more selfies.
She captioned the gallery: "Hiya," followed by a waving emoji.
Clearly bowled over by Rochelle's appearance, one fan said: "Absolute slayer looking stunning sexy and ravishingly beautiful gorgeous smoking hawtt."
A second questioned how she managed to make time for the gym with normal life getting in the way. They said: "Lovely figure but how the hell do you fit it in with work family life and pleasure? Normal life would not allow this."
Another person questioned how she managed to birth three children and still look so good. They commented: "3 children lived in this tummy ..somebody pls make it make sense."
And a fourth admitted her post made them want to "hit the gym".
Rochelle has returned to Instagram after she announced in December she would be stepping away from social media for a short break.
Rochelle explained to her fans that she would be stepping away from all social media to spend some quality time with her family over the festive period.
She wrote: “I'm signing off for a couple of weeks to spend some quality time with my little gang…
“I just want to say how grateful for I am for your love and support this year, I couldn't do what I do without you all and I'm SO thankful.
“Have the best New Year, now is the time to manifest the year you want. See you all in January for a proper catch up.”
On her return, on January 8, she treated her followers to a glimpse into her sun-soaked holiday to Dubai with husband Marvin and their three adorable children.
One of the running themes throughout her holiday album was the young family’s love for all things beach-related, with Rochelle leading them out to the sandy beaches to soak up some sunshine in a number of chic swimwear options.
In the first of several beach bound snaps, the star can be seen sporting a chic black bikini top with a cream sarong, while a YSL cap and black flip flops complete the ensemble as she stands silhouetted against the iconic Dubai skyline.
Another beach snap also featured the star donning an olive green swimsuit and matching sunhat as she showed off her impeccable figure while posing beside two palm trees.
A third then also featured Rochelle modelling a textured white swimsuit with a statement low back as she posed with her trademark smile beside a stunningly blue ocean.
