Robbie Williams’ wife Ayda Williams has been credited for being the person who inspired Adele to transform her lifestyle which has lead her to losing more than three stone.
The former X Factor judge, 40, introduced the Someone Like You Singer, 31, to her personal pilates instructor Camila Goodis, 36, and even took part in joint private exercise sessions at her husband Robbie’s Los Angeles pad.
Speaking to The Sun about how she was introduced to Adele, pilates instructor Camila said: “I trained Ayda for a long time and it happens that they are good friends so I did Adele when she was there in Robbie’s house.
“I don’t believe she liked exercise much but she has changed her lifestyle and I believe that 90 per cent was dieting.”
Camila revealed Adele “hates exercise” and credits her recent weight loss to “dieting”.
The trainer said the hit singer, who showed off her recent weight loss in photos from her Christmas party, credits her transformation to “a healthy balanced diet, eating less calories a day and expending more energy”.

She added: “Giving up processed food, sugar, soda and get into an exercise routine, like cardio and strength training, will change people’s body.”
Adele first stunned fans with her weight loss in October, when she posed for photos at Drake’s birthday party.
The singer, who split from her husband Simon Konecki last year, shared a glamorous pouty photo of herself on her Instagram page and captioned the photo by referencing her breakup and lifestyle overhaul.

She said: “I used to cry but now I sweat #gingermckenna Happy birthday to one of the kindest and funniest people I’ve met @champagnepapi”.
It was reported at the time that she was enjoying “regular personal trainer sessions and pilates classes” as fans began to question what changes Adele made to gain her results.
An insider told People: “After Adele started working out, she never looked back. She was instantly a changed person with a different mindset.
“At first, she was very hesitant about keeping a workout routine. It was like she was questioning if she was gonna enjoy it enough to stick with it.
“But she has been incredibly dedicated. She continues to work out with a trainer. And she looks fantastic.”
The singer’s health overhaul comes after Adele announced her breakup from her husband Simon, 45, who she shares son Angelo with.

A representative for Adele announced the split in April. They said: “Adele and her partner have separated. They are committed to raising their son together lovingly. As always they ask for privacy. There will be no further comment.”
But, it was later revealed Adele was in a “good place” after the breakup. OneRepublic frontman Ryan Tedder told Us Weekly in May: “I see her quite frequently. I think she's in a good place.
“It was very difficult… but she is in a good place, for sure.”
