The former Atomic Kitten star continued: “I felt so bad over Christmas. Me and Ryan literally thought we were dying – it was awful.

"I actually felt alright on Christmas Day and thought I was on the mend, but every now and then I’ll start to feel weak, and I’ve got a terrible chesty cough and a sore throat.”

Revealing her fears over ending up in intensive care, Kerry added: “I think if I was still a smoker, I’d be in ICU now. I’m just trying to act as normal as possible, even though I don’t feel it.”

Kerry was recently forced to show proof of her positive Covid test results in order to shut down conspiracy theorists.

The star, who had her first Covid test done on December 15, confronted keyboard warriors after becoming bored with their bizarre conspiracy theories.

Kerry isn't the only star to lose her patience with the people who offer no evidence that money has changed hands.

TOWIE star Bobby Norris was accused of accepting £5,000 to say he was a victim of coronavirus.

Kerry received similar accusations and went off on a rant after people peppered her social media channels with the accusations.

Sharing a screen grab of a text message from the NHS confirming she had the virus and that she needed to isolate, the singer finally snapped.

"I can't believe I'm actually having to do this just prove I had Covid!!!!" she wrote.

"The people who are saying that Celebs are being paid are f**king stupid idiots!!!! These people are clearly not bloody right in the head! I honestly can't understand their thinking behind it! Very silly indeed…."

She added: "I wouldn't of wished it on anyone! I've honestly never felt so poorly but happy to be through it now."

Blunt Bobby also took aim and those pointing the finger at him – also posting his test results on his Instagram Story to prove the point.

One user in particular riled up the reality star but he put him in his place on Instagram after also uploading his positive result.
