Christmas might feel like it’s going to be really different this year without all our friends and family around us, but Kelly Brook is not using it as an excuse to slum it.

The model and radio presenter assures she’ll still look “super glamorous” for the occasion, even if she’s just going to be at home with her boyfriend of five years, Jeremy Parisi.

Kelly, who is the brand ambassador for the F&F Clothing partywear and cashmere range, certainly has her pick of outfits, after putting together a Christmas edit for the brand.

While the couple usually spend the festive season in France, they will be in the UK this year. But they don’t know exactly where, given that they’re in the process of looking for a new house.

“We don’t know where we want to move to, but we’ve just been looking at the same four walls and fancy a change,” she tells new magazine.

Heart radio presenter Kelly, 40, then quips that they’ll pick a house depending on what’s best for their beloved puppy Teddy, who they have both fallen madly in love with since getting him at the end of the last lockdown.

“Now we’ve got him, we can’t imagine life without him,” she says.

It’s clear that Teddy has been a much-needed distraction from the outside world, and besotted Kelly has bought him Christmas presents already!

Here, the bubbly star tells new why Jeremy makes her so happy and why she wouldn’t say no to marriage and kids with him…

Hi Kelly. You seem really loved-up! What is it about Jeremy that makes him The One?

I feel like he’s family and I never really felt like that with anyone else. I don’t know if it’s the Italian in him, or growing up in France, but being with someone from another culture has brought me so much in terms of what he exposes me to. He has a different way of looking at things and that can only make my life more full. And likewise, I think he’s loved moving to England, but he still can’t get his head around a roast dinner. He still doesn’t ever want that above a plate of pasta. We both play into our stereotypes.

How can he not love a roast?!

He’ll eat it, but he’d rather eat pasta and have a coffee. It makes me laugh because food brings up so many nice memories, doesn’t it? A plate of pasta reminds him of his grandma cooking when he was a kid, and that’s what a roast is like for me. It reminds me of my mum cooking on a Sunday.

Do your family love him?

Everyone loves Jezza. They feel sorry for him because he has to put up with me. He’s known as “poor Jeremy” in my family! They prefer him to me.

Do you speak French when you go to visit his family?

I can understand it but I can’t speak it fluently. But all his family speak English so we get by fine. It’s not a problem.

Are his family very chic?

They’re ridiculously chic. His mum is the best cook ever. When we go there my boots are usually covered in mud and when I wake up in the morning she’ll have polished them! It’s so embarrassing. She must be thinking, “Who is this dirty English girl with my gorgeous, handsome son with her dirty boots!” I’m mortified by it.

You and Jeremy have been together a while now. Is a proposal on the cards?

I would love to get married at some point. It’s not high on my list. I would love to have children at some point, but that’s not high on my list. I think I’m happy doing those things and I’m happy not doing those things.

Lots of us became obsessed with cooking while in lockdown. Has food become a focus for you?

Oh, we loved cooking. There were two schools of thought – you were either using lockdown as a way to lose the weight you weren’t able to lose before because you worked in an office, or you just let go and enjoyed yourself. Unfortunately I was in that camp! I bought an ice-cream maker, a panini maker and a pizza oven – there was nothing healthy. I didn’t buy a NutriBullet or anything like that. We had so much fun. We’d have a pizza night and a movie night with a screen in the garden. I bought a projector, too. I spent way too much money in [the first] lockdown. It was so embarrassing, all the Amazon boxes coming through the post.

Brilliant! Are you on a fitness mission now?

I definitely put on weight. And then when I had to start going into the office again, I thought, “I need to start training more.” I bought a rebounder [a mini trampoline], so I’ve been doing that a bit instead of running, as it’s good exercise, and I’ve been walking the dog.

You sometimes get trolled about things like your weight. How do you deal with that?

If I was ever to say something really mean to someone I just wouldn’t feel very nice about it, so how do other people go through their day being mean to other people? It usually comes from a place of jealousy. I feel sorry for them. How horrible to walk this life being toxic and negative – I wouldn’t wish that upon anyone. I think it’s nice to wake up and make a choice to be happy. Life is going to throw horrible things at you, but it’s up to you to be positive around that as much as you can.

Kelly Brook shows off incredible figure as she launches gorgeous Christmas collection

Was it nice going back to modelling for the F&F Christmas campaign?

I love modelling – I still do my calendar every year. The F&F Christmas campaign was like a dream come true. It was like my Pinterest board coming to life – the turkey, the vintage car, I loved it! Sometimes I feel like I’m one size and then I go to another brand and I’m another size, but I just got their fit and it works for me.

Will you be dressing up this Christmas, despite being at home?

You can still be super glamorous even if you’re just at home. You don’t have to wear a horrible tracksuit, you can wear a cashmere tracksuit like the one from the range – it’s beautiful. I think we’re all watching the pennies at the moment, but we still want to feel good and this collection is perfect and would make great gifts, too.

This will be your first Christmas with your gorgeous puppy, Teddy…

I know, I’ve got him a little Christmas stocking with his face on it already. You know what it’s like – it’s all for the ‘gram, isn’t it [laughs]? We’ve got a dog café up the road that sells cakes for dogs, which I take him to. He’s got a better social life than I have!
