Emmerdale actor Danny Miller and his fiancée Steph Jones have welcomed their first child together.
Taking to social media to reveal the exciting news that they had become parents, Danny shared: "I was lucky enough to find someone who shines bright enough to lead me out of the dark, but I never imagined to be lead to the brightest place imaginable."
He added a white heart emoji on the end of his caption.
The Instagram post also featured a sweet black and white snap of the couple holding their little one's hand next to a 'Hello World' sign.
Danny and midwife Steph exclusively announced to OK! that they were expecting back in May.
Their happy news was all the more special as the couple admitted they were just days away from starting IVF after trying to conceive naturally for a year.
And Danny, who plays Aaron Dingle in the ITV soap, revealed he was in the middle of filming an intense storyline when he discovered the news.
The star was shooting the soap’s dramatic barn explosion scenes earlier this year, which saw Mandy and Paul’s wedding day end in disaster when Paul was fatally injured by the explosion.
Steph, 30, told OK! of the moment she found out and tried to tell Danny: “We’ve done so many tests that were negative so I wasn’t expecting it to be positive – I couldn’t believe it!
"I was shaking and trying to ring Danny, but he wasn’t answering because he was on set.”
Danny, 30, added: “We were filming the barn explosion storyline. When I saw how many times she had rang me I had a feeling.
"I thought, either she’s pregnant or something serious is going on."
“Usually my phone is on flight mode but that day I knew she wasn’t feeling good, she hadn’t had her period and we were just about to start the IVF, so I just put it on silent.
“I had to text her saying I couldn’t speak, but she replied saying ring me but with three Ns and four Es!”
“The next take was long but then luckily they turned the cameras off and I said to the first assistant I was going to make a call.

“I rang Steph and she was laughing but crying and I just knew. With us being with the IVF consultant the day before, I was in complete shock.”
Danny added of the emotion of the moment: “I started crying. It’s making me emotional to think about it now.
“I bought another pregnancy test on the way home, not that she had to prove it, but I just wanted that moment for us.”

The pair got engaged just a month weeks before they found out about Steph’s pregnancy, with Danny getting down on one knee in sunny St Lucia as they enjoyed a romantic candle lit dinner.
They plan to tie the knot next year in the UK, and their little one will very much be a part of the big day.
