Former EastEnders star Danniella Westbrook, 46, was allegedly attacked by a man with a baseball bat and her phone was stolen on Saturday.
The actress revealed that the ordeal had left her ‘in shock’ after the stranger had robbed her.
Writing on her Twitter account to her 231K followers, the star explained that she has "bruises" and had reported the incident to police.

She wrote: "So had my phone stolen off me yesterday… some people are just scum."
Then when a fan enquired as to whether she had contacted the police, the media personality responded in a now-deleted tweet, writing: “I have reported the incident to police – along with the bruises from the bat the guy used on me…”
The mum-of two, who as struggled with substance abuse in the past, then tweeted again writing: “I’m ok tbh had much worse when I was in full blown addiction but not getting any younger and the shock was actually the worst of it.
“Phone blocked and new one on the way”.
Many fans were quick to flood the star’s page with messages of support, with one writing: “A phone can be replaced but a person can’t – you’re stronger than they are and you’ve got this”.

Another added: “Oh god hope your ok xx”
A third commented: “Oh man that's horrid. Hope you are ok Danniella”.
However this isn’t the first time Daniella has been mugged.
Back in 2017 while on holiday in Spain, she was walking back to her apartment when two men on bikes grabbed her bag, pulling her into the road.
The former Celebrity Big Brother contestant told The Sun at the time: "F***ing hell, I’m shook up," the former Celebrity Big Brother contestant said of the incident.
"I’m an old girl now. It could have been a lot worse.
"I was just walking along with my bag on my shoulder, kerbside, and I wasn’t in the road. They must have obviously gone past a few times.
"I’m literally walking along one minute on the phone and I just felt something pull me fast. It was like when someone pushes you to go by fast.

"As it pulled me I said ‘pardon me’ and I just saw my bag starting to go with it.
"I started to get half dragged and I just put my arm out and the bag just come off my arm and they just went."
The actress lost £600 worth of Euros, a phone, an expensive watch and some clothes in the terrifying ordeal.
