Britain’s Got Talent: Viewers fear show’s cameraman could be sacked after act The Haunting’s magic trick is ‘ruined’ by a filming faux pas

Viewers are concerned that one of the cameramen from Britain’s Got Talent could loose their job after capturing footage during the live show that uncovered The Haunting’s act. 

The magician set out to scare Amanda Holden and viewers as the act took place backstage.

The judge was grabbed by Florence the ghost followed by another nail-biting moment when another supernatural being named Agatha smashed through a mirror.

Agatha then took hold of Amanda’s arm and took her up the stairs to then transform back into Elizabeth the magician.

Blonde Amanda was freaked out by the whole ordeal which led to her swearing live on air – however fans of the show shared that they spotted a faux pas that ruined the suspense of the scary scenario. 

Viewers saw Elizabeth trying to hide whilst Amanda came up the staircase due to it being caught on camera.

A social media user added: ‘#BGT sorry Elizabeth the trick was ruined as the camera picked you up walking down the stairs as Amanda was walking up!! Poor semi final act.’

‘The haunting’s camera man after realising he’s getting sacked for exposing the act as fake at the stairs’ typed another alongside a clip of Amanda looking horrified.

The judge was left trembling with fear as contestant Elizabeth took her into a dark room backstage to perform a spooky set, causing the TV personality to shout  ‘f***!’.

Moments later, the TV personality issued an apology for her outburst as she stated: ‘I really want to apologise for saying a terrible word. I know my kids are watching so I apologise for that. I can honestly say I feel terrified.’

During the contestant’s performance, the presenter met the ghost of Agatha’s 11-year-old daughter, with the apparition creepily singing Rock-A-Bye Baby, before a mirror suddenly shattered.

Following her apology, fellow judge Simon Cowell poked fun at the star’s blunder as he joked: ‘It was like being next door to you on your honeymoon night.’

Making a dramatic entrance to the show, held at London’s Hammersmith Apollo venue, the blonde beauty put her sizzling physique on full display by slipping into show stopping sheer nude gown laced with red and silver embroidery.

Wow: Amanda’s perky assets could be spied through the barely there material

Viewers of the show got an even better look at the ensemble when the beauty was involved in one of the acts onstage.

During the episode, horror act The Haunting, brought Amanda up on stage to take part in the scary sensation which meant her racy garment was on full display.

Amanda recently celebrated BGT being the highest rated show of the year so far.

The launch episode debuted with an average of 8.3million people tuning in, a 45 per cent share of the TV audience at the time.

The episode peaked with a massive 9.7million people tuning with a 50 per cent share of the audience.

Alongside the snap, Amanda wrote: ‘Thankyou for making @BGT the highest rated show of 2019 #cheers’.

The launch was ahead of BBC procedural drama Line of Duty which drew an average audience of 7.8million. 

Bank Holiday Monday marks the beginning of a week of live shows.
